In teams of 3:
*Every 3:00 all 3 people will perform 1 round of "Cindy"
Coach’s Notes: The workout will start on the rower. After that you may not start rowing until all 3 team members have finished the round of Cindy. 1:00 time cap for the round of Cindy. If you cannot complete the round in 1 minute scale the reps down.
