Odd Sets: 8-12 Double DB Tall Kneeling Press

Even Sets: 30 Second Handstand Hold or Pike Hold

Interval 1: 45 Seconds Double-unders

Interval 2: 45 Seconds Single DB Box Step-ups (50/35# and 24"/20" Box)

Interval 3: 45 Seconds Alternating DB Snatch

Coach's Notes: Record total reps. Every Step-up and snatch counts as a rep. Every 5 double-unders counts as 1 rep. At the end of your workout add total double-unders completed and divide by 5.
