Interval 1: 50 Seconds moderate pace on any machine
Interval 2: 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
Interval 3: 50 Seconds moderate pace on any machine
Interval 4: 3 Power Snatches @70% of 1RM or 10 Kettlebell swings

Coach’s Notes: This is a good workout to get the heart rate up and get moving while allowing everyone to recover for one last open workout tomorrow!
