Complete a round every 5:00 x 6 Rounds:

400m Run or 1k Echo Bike
1 Complex:
1 Deadlift+ 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean

Coach’s Notes: Record the time it takes to complete each round and the weight on each round. You will have built some fatigue before starting the complex so be extra focused on moving well.
