Back Squat (5 Sets: 3 Reps (Paused))
Coach’s Notes: Each rep will have a 3 second pause in the bottom position. Start around 60% or a light weight and build to around 70% or a moderate weight. The key here is time under tension in good positions. We just maxed out last week so today’s work will be challenging but sub maximal.
Tall Box Jumps (Distance)
Coach’s Notes: 5 Sets: 3 reps. Challenge yourself on the heighth but be smart.
