Interval 1: 5 Deadlifts @70-80%
Interval 2: 10 Single DB Box Step-ups (DB Side loaded)
Interval 3: 20-45 Second Ring Plank
Interval 4: 3 Tall Box Jumps
Interval 5: 10-15 TTB/ GHDSU or Abmat Sit-ups

Coach’s Notes: Change arms for the DB Step-ups each round. If the ring planks are not doable then do them from the ground without the rings. No stepping into the tall box jumps. The goal is to work at a higer box than normal not building to a max like we did a few weeks ago.
