<p>3 Sets not for time:</p><p>15-20 Second Bench Press top static hold @ 105-110% of 1RM</p><p>15 Seated Banded Rows</p><p>20-45 Second Hollow or Tuck Hold</p><p>2:00 moderate pace on any machine</p>
