For time with a partner:

400m Run and 500/400m Row

150 Wall Balls (shared)

400m Run and 500/400m Row

150 Wall Balls (shared)

400m Run and 500/400m Row

Coach’s Notes: Partner A will perform a 400m Run while partner B performs 500/400m Row. Then Partner A will perform a 500/400m Row and partner B will perform a 400m Run. Once both partners have completed the run and row, they will begin to work on 150 wall balls. Only one partner will work at a time on the wall balls.
