2 Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squat (1 Complex every 1:30 x 5 Sets)
Kettlebell Swing (8 Reps every 1:30 x 5 sets)
Coach’s Notes: Use a heavier KB or a thicker band than last week.
Coach’s Notes: pause for 2 seconds in the bottom of each rep. This is the same complex as last week with an extra power snatch added. Try to finish with the same weight as last week or slightly heavier.
