Coach’s Notes: This time will be used to work on ring muscle-ups. Even if you never plan on doing one, the drills are a great way to build skills and strength.

15-30 Second Dip Support Hold

1:00 Farmer’s Hold

15 Banded Pull-aparts

3:00 moderate pace on any machine
