Power Snatch (1 Rep Every :30 x 10 Sets @70% )

Coach’s Notes: Percentages are based off of Power Snatch 1RM. If you don’t have a 1RM this should be a 7/10 RPE.

Fitness
Deadlift (2 Reps Every :30 x 10 Sets)

Coach’s Notes: These will be banded. Keep the weight around 50-60% of 1RM not inlcuding band tension.
