For time with a partner:

10k Echo or C2 Bike

*Every 2:00 complete:

10 DB Push Press (50/35) (ADV: HSPU)

and

10 Pull-ups (ADV: CTB Pull-ups)

Coach’s Notes: The workout will start on the bike. Every 2:00 the bike will stop and Partner A will complete 10 DB Push press or HSPU and Partner B will complete 10 pull-ups or CTB. Then you may resume biking. On the next 2:00 interval partners will switch between doing the DB push press/ HSPU and pull-ups/CTB. Partners may switch at any point on the bike.
