Coach’s Notes: This version is with a heavier wall ball. Only choose this option if you can do regular Karen unbroken.
Coach’s Notes: Pause for 2 seconds in the bottom of the first 2 reps. Last 2 reps at regular tempo. Rest 2:00 between sets. All 4 sets should be at a challenging weight. Build to heavier than 2 weeks ago as long as technique is there.
