6-8 DB Seal Rows w/ pause at top
1:30 recovery Ski or Row
3 Sets:
Max Duration Chin over bar hold
1:30 Recovery Ski or Row
3 Sets:
Barbell 21s
1:30 Recovery Ski or Row
Coach’s Notes: The goal is to hold the chin over bar hold for at least 10 seconds. If that’s not doable add bands or scale to an inverted chin over bar hold. The barbell 21s should be light enough to get the sets done unbroken.
