Max duration hang from pull-up bar

Coach’s Notes: Set your feet in a position where the bar rows are tough but UB. Immediately following the set go into max time hang from a bar. 1:00 Cap on the hang.

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

Complete a set every 2:30 x 6 Sets

300m Row, 300m Ski, 600m Bike (Echo or C2)

Coach’s Notes: Pick 2 machines and alternate rounds. Record the time it takes to complete each interval.
