Coach’s Notes: Pick 2 machines and alternate rounds. Record the time it takes to complete each interval.
Coach’s Notes: Set your feet in a position where the bar rows are tough but UB. Immediately following the set go into max time hang from a bar. 1:00 Cap on the hang.
