Coach’s Notes: This is a benchmark we will retest so leave a note in the comment section of the machine you used and make sure you log this workout.
Coach’s Notes: Keep all 4 sets of Push Press around 75%. Go directly into HS Hold after each set of PP. You can alternate between heels to wall and wall facing if you’d like.
