For today’s snatches you have the option between power or squat. We recommend that if a squat snatch is something you want to work on then go lighter and practice that today.

Power Snatch (3 reps every 2:00 x 4 Sets)

Coach’s Notes: Pause for 2 seconds at the knee on the way up each rep. Keep the weight between 65 and 75% of 1RM.

Squat Snatch (3 Reps every 2:00 x 4 Sets)
