Deadlift (2-4 Reps every 2:00 x 4 Sets)

Coach’s Notes: Hand Release reps. Guide the bar down and release hands at the bottom. Keep the weight between 80-85% of 1RM. If you’re feeling a little beat up from yesterday lower the load to 65% and add a band.
