Community Cup

This week we will have all three CrossFit Community Cup workouts programmed. For today’s workout all 5 divisions are the same. We will include another option that isn’t just weightlifting.

Community Cup Workout 3 (Pro) (Total Weight)

In 20 minutes, establish:

1-rep-max front squat

1-rep-max hang power clean
