Coach’s Notes: For the first couplet both partners work at the same time on different movements then switch. Both partner will complete 4 rounds for both movements. For the last two couplets one partner will hold the barbell in the designated area while the other works on their reps. Partners will do 4 rounds each. Score is total time including rest.
