Coach’s Notes: This one is a steady grind. Pace and be efficient on your Burpees. Leave a note of what machine you used. The machine or run will count as 4 reps. So every quarter distance completed will count as 1 rep.
Coach’s Notes: We will spend time developing the TTB during this cycle. This workout is meant to fatigue the grip before moving into TTB practice. FC should be UB for the full 45 seconds. TTB do not need to be UB just accumulate as many quality reps as you can in the 45 seconds. Record total TTB.
