Coach’s Notes: Each set should be an AMRAP(-2) so don’t go to a true max. Scale to Knee Raises or leg lifts. If you are unable to do at least 10 UB reps then scale to 2 sets of TTB every round with a :15 break in between to make sure we are accumulating some volume.
