Barbell 21 Curls (7 bottom to half, 7 half to top, 7 full reps)
Rest as needed
Coach’s Notes: Score is total rounds and reps. 1 round will be: Partner 1 completes 15 Wallballs while Partner 2 completes 10 Line Facing Burpees, then switch. Once both have
completed a set of 15 wallball and 10 burpees that equals 1 round. You may not start on the next movement until your partner has completed their movement.
