Coach’s Notes: This is a classic CrossFit strength benchmark. We spent some time last cycle building up the Back Squat and this cycle working on deadlifts and Strict Press. For the total today we are putting a 30 minute cap on finishing all three lifts which means you will have roughly 10 minutes on each. The goal is to build to a challenging weight on all 3 lifts while understanding with the limited time you might not be hitting PRs and that is ok!
