Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

2 Sets:

300m/250m Row or Ski or 600m/500m C2 Bike

60 Double-unders

Rest 2:00 between AMRAPs

Coach’s Notes: Restart from the beginning on each AMRAP. Record the AMRAP with the least amount of reps. We are practicing being able to hold max sustainable pace so they goal is to finish the same amount of reps on both AMRAPs.

Scoring for the machines:

Men: Every 60m Completed on Row/Ski or 120m C2 Bike counts as 1 rep.

Women: Every 50m Row/Ski or 100m C2 Bike counts as 1 rep.
