2-3 Sets:
8-10 Double DB Curls (pause for 1 sec. at the halfway point on the way up and down)

Coach’s Notes: Jump Rope Will be done at the same time. Shoulder to Overhead and Ring Rows/ Rope Climbs can be split anyway.
