Complete a set every 3:00 x 8 Sets

Odd Sets: 400m Run

Even Sets: 500/450m Ski or 1.2/1k Echo Bike or 1000m/900m C2 Bike

Coach’s Notes: Record the time it takes to complete each interval. You should have at least 1:00 of rest after each interval so scale distance accordingly.
