2 Snatch Grip Deadlifts + 2 Hang Snatch Pulls

Coach’s Notes: The purpose of this today is to build pulling strength while reinforcing good positions. The Deadlift should look exactly like our normal snatch and the focus on the hang snatch pull should be making contact with the bar into the hips.
