2-3 Sets:
12-15 KB Tricep Overhead Extensions
Rest as needed

Coach’s Notes: Strict Pull-ups/BMU will be split anyway. For DB snatch Partner A will do 8 reps on right arm, then partner B will do 8 reps on right arm. Then they will both do the same with the left arm. The jump rope will be done at the same time and both partners will do 32 reps.
