Coach’s Notes: Coach Bryce’s birthday was last Saturday and he requested as a gift that he got to program one workout this week. This is what he chose. You can thank hum for that. Record total reps including the buy-in each minute. Thrusters should be unbroken for the first EMOM so scale accordingly.

Coach’s Notes: Drop the bar to the floor and rest 5 seconds between reps. Start around 65-70% of 1RM and build to 8/10RPE.
