Strength Work (Checkmark)

Every 2:00 x 6 sets (alternating)

Odd sets: 5 Box Squats

Even Sets: 3 Squat Box Jumps

Coach’s Notes: RPE7-8 across each set. Set box so hips reach parallel at bottom of rep. shins should be close to vertical. pause for a second while seated before exploding on the way up. The squat jumps are for max power. Reset between reps.
