Squat Clean + 2 Hang Squat Cleans (1 Complex every 2:00 x 4 Sets)

Coach’s Notes: First Hang Clean starts below the knee, second one goes from mid thigh. Start around 6 RPE and build to 7RPE. these should be fast and snappy.
