Toes to Bar Practice (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 2:00 x 4 Sets

1 Max Set of TTB

*If your max set is less than 10, do a max set drop and rest 15 seconds and then do another max set.

Coach’s Notes: Most important part of this skill work is to maintain the kip, no uncontrolled swinging. Stop about 2 reps shy of a true max set.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

4 Sets:

2 Shuttle Runs

2 Wall Walks

*Add 2 reps to both movements every round

Rest 2:00 between AMRAPS
