10 DB Push Press (50/35#, ADV: Kipping HSPU w/ 3/2″ deficit)
*Add 10 Reps to the Push Press and HSPU. Machine stays the same.

AMRAP (-1) Strict Ring or Straight bar dips w/1 sec. pause at the bottom
Rest as needed
