20/15 Calorie Row and 15 Bar Facing Burpees

20 Cleans (185/125)*

*Men add 20# every round

Women add 10# every round

Coach’s Notes: Partner 1 will Row the designated Calories at the same time as Partner 2 does the burpees. Both will then switch P1 does 15 Burpees and P2 does the row. Once completed both partners will split the 20 cleans. Each round the weight increases but the reps stay the same. Cleans can be squat or Power.
