Every 1:30 x 9 total sets (3 sets of each movement)

Interval 1: 25/20 Calorie Ski (Damper 10/8)

Interval 2: Strict Rope Pull-ups or Rows*

Interval 3: Max Hanging L-Sit or tuck sit (:45 cap)

*AMRAP (-2) left hand on top then AMRAP (-2) with right hand on top each set

Coach’s Notes: Some Rope Climb accessory strength work mixed with Ski sprints. Cap the Ski at 1:15 seconds.
