Coach’s Notes: Keep the weight moderate.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

2-2-2-3 Interval:

10 Double DB Power Cleans (50/35)

10 Double DB Push Press

10 Double DB Front Squats

Max Lateral Burpees over Single DB in remaining time

Coach’s Notes: Record total burpees. Flow of the workout: 3 x 2min. AMRAP with 1min. rest in between. Last AMRAP is 3min. The goal is to have at least :30 seconds of burpees.
