Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Dumbbell Hang C&J 50/35 lb
14/12-Cal Row

Coach’s Notes: For today’s workout bigger classes can switch out the row for a ski or C2 Bike. DB will switch sides every 5 reps. Over the next couple months we will sprinkle in old open workouts. The goal here is to just move not necessarily shoot for new PRs.
