10 Shuttle Runs

20 Single Arm DB snatch (50/35)

Rest 2:00 between AMRAPS

Coach’s Notes: Switch arms every 5 reps. Start from where you left off after the 2:00 rest. If the AMRAP ends in the middle of a SR you must start that rep over from the beginning on the new AMRAP.
