Coach’s Notes: Today’s reps will be paused for 2 seconds at the knee on the way up. We are practicing good technique and positions so keep the weight light enough to be bale to maintain the tempo. Reset from the floor on each rep.

Individual Option (AMRAP – Reps)

Coach’s Notes: Record total TTB. Sets need to be unbroken. If you stop, drop from th bar and hit a 400m Run.

Buddy Option (AMRAP – Reps)

With a Buddy:

Max Sit-ups*

*Partner A will hold a passive hang on the bar while Partner B accumulates as many sit-ups as possible. Once Partner A drops from the bar both partners will switch and do the same. Once both have completed the sit-ups you will stat round 2 on the run. Score is total sit-ups accumulated between partners.

Coach’s Notes: If we are unable to hang from a bar for at least 30 seconds then we will scale to relatively heavy farmer’s Hold.
