Every 2:00 x 4 Sets

5 Strict Pull-ups

Tempo: 1 sec. pause w/chin over bar, 2 sec. down, 1 sec. pause at bottom, fast up.

Coach’s Notes: Advanced athletes can do this weighted.

Metcon (Calories)

Every 4:00 x 4 Sets:

100 Double-unders

Max Calorie Ski/C2 Bike in remaining time*

*Alternate between Ski and C2 Bike each round (2 rounds on each)

Coach’s Notes: No rest between rounds. Jump Rope has a strict cap of 2:00. Singles today will stay at 100. Record total Calories. Bigger classes can pair Rowing and Echo Bike if all Skis and C2 Bikes are taken.
