Individual Option

This is Hero WOD #10/12! This workout is considered one of the toughest Hero WODs. We have A LOT of options today. We have a few scaled options for the reps as well as teams of 2-4 so grab some friends and let’s do something hard together!

Team Option
Clovis (Time)

For time: Run 10 miles 150 Burpee pull-ups

Coach’s Notes: Partition the run and Burpee Pull-ups in any order.

Scaling Options:

Intermediate:

5 Mile Run

100 Burpee Pull-ups

Novice:

2 Mile Run

75 Burpees

10 Mile Run

150 Burpee Pull-ups

Coach’s Notes: For this option teams can be 2,3 or 4 people at most. 1 person works at time and the work and reps can be partitioned in any rep scheme. The volume scaling options above also apply to the team version of the workout.
