Coach’s Notes: 1 minute rest between intervals. You are racing against the clock to get 60 reps done. If completed your score is total time including rest once the 60th rep is completed. if you do not get to 60 reps then the score is 12:00 and in the comment section put how many toes to bar completed. We want at least 30 seconds of work on TTB so scale BBJO reps if needed.
