Every 2:30 x 4 Sets:

2 Strict Press + 6-8 Push Press

Coach’s Notes: Pause for 2 sec. @ halfway point on the way up for the strict press. The goal of the last 6-8 push press is to work speed and a strong lockout. Keep each set an an RPE8.
