Coach’s Notes: 35:00 Cap. I this run distance is too high of volume for you at the moment then scale the diatnces to 800m/400m/800m. Cleana nd Jerk should be steady singles. If that’s not doable with the Rx weight then scale accordingly. Women’s Rx is 155#.
