Murph (Time)

For Time:

1-Mile Run

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Air Squats

1-Mile Run

(If you have a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.)

In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

Coach’s Notes: Rx is with a weight vest (20/14#). The workout will start and end with the run. The gymnastics movements can be broken up into any rep scheme.

50 Pull-ups

150 Air Squats

Partner Murph (Time)

Coach’s Notes: Partners will run together. The middle work will be split. The partner version is not petitioned. Must be straight through.
