Interval 1: 3 Strict Press @70-75% of 1RM
Interval 2: 1 Max Unbroken set of Strict Pull-ups
Strict Press (Use this to reference and record weights used)

Coach’s Notes: If scaling the pull-ups, set with a version you can do for at least 5 reps full ROM. For those that can do over 10 Strict Pull-ups UB, add a weight vest.
