Coach’s Notes: The focus on this training piece is to use the heaviest weight you can do UNBROKEN for 50 feet. For some of us that’s with no weights and for others it could be heavy DBs. Scale for Singles today is 100 reps. Record heaviest set.

Coach’s Notes: Start light (60% of 1RM and Snatch). The goal here today is technique to build off of going into this strength cycle. The hang Snatch is meant to be a squat unless we don’t have the ability to safely do an OHS yet.
