Sounds pretty simple right? When we break it down to those 3 things:
Work out : 3-4 times per week
Eat Clean: Real food and limit processed selections, added sugars etc.
Repeat: Keep doing the above until our time is up….
But the reality is, life simply gets in the way sometimes. The kids have sports practices, dance rehearsals, there are doctors appointments, new babies, the daily chores of cleaning house, grocery shopping, laundry, walking the dog…oh and work…that pesky place we go to hat keeps our lights on at home.

I’ve heard it said many time before that “ You can CrossFit anywhere ” and there is a lot of truth in that. Personally, I have done CrossFit style workouts at my parents cabin in the San Bernardino Mountains with no equipment but boulders, logs and the altitude. When I left the box I had worked at, I coached CrossFit in various parks, on bike trails and on a hill, all in the City of Clovis. And all of 2014 I have been doing CrossFit in my garage.
So in reality you don’t need a fancy facility or a lot of “bells and whistles” to get a good workout in and have fun while doing it.
